Well, we survived our annual Christmas party. I am already looking forward to the next year, although i don't know if we can top the fun we had playing games and going sledding. This party was for adults only, but the kids made a few appearances. 5 women wore old bridesmaid dresses since we never really get to wear them again like everyone says we will. we went sledding in the dresses and surprisingly they were very gortex-like. i wasn't sopping wet like i anticipated. We played the game "I Never." you had to drink if you had done the "I never" statement. My personal favorites were "I never shot a hole through my house with a gun," I never rented a wheelchair for myself," and so many more. Well, we almost have the house back in order, although today Kendra tipped over a basket to hide and and a beer fell out and spilled. Thanks go out to the guest who left their beer in my basket.
Kendra got the pukes last night at gymnastics. I didn't have to clean it up so that's a bonus. Then she puked one more time on the couch while I was at Zumba so I didn't have to clean that one up either. Another score for me. Although Luke did use bleach on our gray sofa cushions, so we'll see how that turns out when it dries. I may be getting a new couch for Christmas.
I need to go finish my wrapping before Santa tries to squeeze his butt down our chimney. 3 more days of work before I am off for two weeks. Yeah!

This week the Griffin's are getting ready for their annual Christmas party. Sarah has been cleaning but of course the kids can mess up the house faster than I can clean. Luke has been busy blowing snow, but of course Mother Nature can drop it faster than he can clear it.
Last night the kids went out with daddy and played in the snow until their little hands got too cold. Well leave your mittens on Kendra and they won't get cold so fast! She just had to take them off so she could pack snowballs to throw at daddy!
The kids always want hot chocolate when they come in, but we are out right now, so water is served and you have to get your own. Welcome to the Griffin house.
